60 DAY RIDE & RETURN POLICY

We are so confident that you'll be happy with your Hunt Bike Wheels, that we offer a full 60 days to ride them. If at any point during these 60 days you wish to return them for a full refund (or a product swap) please fill in your details on our Technical Support Page. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on any item that has suffered severe or crash damage within this period. However, we do offer a 35% crash replacement discount scheme, please fill in your details on our Technical Support Page. In addition to this, our wheels come with a full 3-year* warranty against manufacturing faults and defects. Please note, this does not cover use-related wear and tear.

SMALL ITEM RETURNS

Please fill out our Technical Support Page with the details of your return. Once the form is filled in, you will receive an HR number. Next you can print a free tracked returns label and then return the items to the address below:

Please include the HR returns number on the outside of the package and once the items are back with us we will be in touch to organise the refund.


WARRANTY WHEEL RETURNS

We're sorry to hear that you want to return your wheels. Please fill in your details on our Technical Support Page.


Once we have confirmed your return, we will give you a returns number. Please email us if you don't have one. We'll then provide a returns label, which in turn will allow you to arrange a pick-up from your address. We will then call or email you once your wheels are back with us. We aim to process all returns within 2 days of arrival.


RETURNS - VIA COURIER PICK-UP or COURIER DROP OFF

After we have provided you with a returns label, you will be able to arrange a pick-up at a time that suits you. The courier can collect between Monday – Friday, and the pick-up window is 1200-1800. The courier will not pick-up on Bank holidays/National holidays. Your pick-up booking request will always be scheduled for the following business day – (i.e. Submitted on Wednesday, booking for Thursday or submitted on Friday, booking for Monday). 

Work addresses are often easiest as people are around all day to hand parcels to the courier. Let us know if this isn’t possible and we can look into other options, email us or reply to your support email. 

The alternative is to drop your wheels off at your local drop off centre. It is important to check with your local drop off centre as size and weight limitations can apply.


We ask that all returns are securely packaged all over to avoid damage during shipping. Axle protectors should be used and packaging placed between the wheels to stop them from damaging each other. Your local bike shop will often have wheel boxes available but if not let us know and we can send a box out.


60 DAY RETURNS (NON-WHEELSET ORDERS)

If you wish to return an unwanted item for a refund when goods have already been dispatched or delivered to you please contact us via our Technical Support Page. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.


Please Note: We have a separate returns address so please do not just send your goods back to us without contacting us first.


Returned goods will be refunded within 28 days.


The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:


  • In the event that the product has been used
  • The packaging of the product has been damaged
  • The product is damaged in any way
  • The product is not in fully resalable condition
  • Goods Faulty on Arrival, Incorrect or Damaged in Transit
