We are so confident that you'll be happy with your Hunt Bike Wheels, that we offer a full 60 days to ride them. If at any point during these 60 days you wish to return them for a full refund (or a product swap) please fill your details on our Technical Support Page. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on any item that has suffered severe or crash damage within this period. However, we do offer a 35% crash replacement discount scheme, please fill your details on our Technical Support Page. In addition to this, our wheels come with a full 3-year* warranty against manufacturing fault and defects. Please note, this does not cover use related wear and tear.


We offer free world-wide warranty returns. Please fill your details on our Technical Support Page. We always aim to reply within 1 working day.


Please fill our Technical Support Form with your details. We will reply with a returns number and you can print a free tracked returns label. Please write your returns number on the outside of the package and once the items are back with us we will be in touch to organise the refund.

Once we have confirmed your return, we will give you a returns number. Please email us if you don't have one. We'll arrange a collection from your address and will then call or email you once your wheels are back with us. We aim to process all returns within 2 days of arrival.


If we are collecting wheels from you we will ask for the best weekday where our collection agent can collect between 9am and 5pm. Work addresses are often easiest as people are around all day to hand parcels to the courier. Let us know if this isn’t possible and we can look into other options, email us or reply to your support email and we’ll usually respond within 24 hours.

We ask that all returns are securely packaged all over to avoid damage during shipping. Axle protectors should be used and packaging placed between the wheels to stop them damaging each other. Your local bike shop will often have wheel boxes available but if not let us know and we can send a box out.


If you wish to return an unwanted item for a refund when goods have already been dispatched or delivered to you please contact us via our Technical Support Page. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

Please Note: We have a separate returns address so please do not just send your goods back to us without contacting us first.

Returned goods will be refunded within 28 days.

The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:

  • In the event that the product has been used
  • The packaging of the product has been damaged
  • The product is damaged in anyway
  • The product is not in full resalable condition
  • Goods Faulty on Arrival, Incorrect or Damaged in Transit
