You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as the order leaves us. If you've not received any tracking details or you've been waiting for your order longer than you expected, please let us know. You can speak to us on live chat or email us and we'll always aim to reply within 1 working day.

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

We are based in the UK so if your delivery is to the European Union then there will be no added import duty or sales tax. If your delivery is to the rest of the world please be aware that you may be required to pay additional taxes and duties to your local authorities before you can receive your order. Hunt Bike Wheels cannot be held responsible for these costs.

60 DAY RIDE GUARANTEE ON ALL HUNT WHEELS

We are so confident you'll be happy with your Hunt Bike Wheels that we offer a full 60 days to ride them. If at any point during these 60 days you wish to return them for a full refund or a product swap please contact us to arrange a return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on any item that has suffered severe or crash damage within this period, however, we do offer a crash replacement discount scheme so please contact us and we will help. In addition to this, our wheels come with a full 3-year warranty against manufacturing faults and defects. Please note this does not cover use-related wear and tear.
