All international wheelset orders are shipped with tracked and signed-for courier services. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as the order leaves us. If you've not received any tracking details or you've been waiting for your order longer than you expected, please let us know. You can speak to us on LiveChat or via our Rider Support Portal and we'll always aim to reply within 1 working day.

Taxes and Import Duties

We are based in the UK so you will be required to pay additional taxes, duties and handling fees to your local authorities and courier before you can receive your order. HUNT Bike Wheels cannot be held responsible for these costs.

As of the 17th of March 2026, all orders shipped to Australia will be shipped with DDP - Delivery Duty Paid shipping terms, meaning HUNT Bike Wheels is billed for the duty, tax and handling costs and customers are not required to cover any additional import costs. 60 Day Ride Guarantee in all Hunt Wheels

We are so confident you'll be happy with your HUNT Bike Wheels that we offer a full 60 days to ride them. If at any point during these 60 days you wish to return them for a full refund or a product swap please contact us to arrange a return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on any item that has suffered severe or crash damage within this period, however, we do offer a crash replacement discount scheme so please contact us and we will help.

In addition to this, our wheels come with a full 3-year warranty against manufacturing faults and defects. Please note this does not cover use-related wear and tear. Please contact us through our Rider Support Portal for info on how to return spares/accessories, more info can be found here.
