Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched you can notify us by submitting a ticket or by using our LiveChat feature (bottom right of your screen). Please include your HBW order number in the subject line of your email or have it ready to share with our LiveChat agents.


In some cases, goods may have been dispatched even before you have been notified but we will always make our best efforts to meet your request.


Cancelling an Order After Dispatch (In Transit) 

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please notify us by submitting a ticket or by using our LiveChat feature (bottom right of your screen). Please include your HBW order number in the subject line of your email or have it ready to share with our LiveChat agents.


We will then work with our shipping partners to have the shipment RTS (Returned to Shipper). Once the shipment is back at Hunt HQ, we will refund you the order value minus the shipping fee (unless agreed otherwise). The RTS process can take up to 4 weeks to complete.
